HIGHNEKKSHE, Hilton Hotel in Berlin 2000

The last big sculpture I did before diving into 3D.

I desiged & sculpted this 7,5 m high giraffe for Hilton Hotel in Berlin 1999-2000.

Before shipping her to Berlin I had a small exhibition in the studio where it was created. Bergmans great old studios in Solna, that they tear down short after.

Here a 3D-sculpted test I did some years later just to feel the difference in speedand technique. But it's wrong to compare workflows like that. I have a theory about that, after testing and analysing several methods. Ask me about it and I'll tell you :)
